Bethany is an Associate in the Healthcare team, based in the Edinburgh Office. She trained at Clyde & Co before qualifying in 2018, and has worked in the Healthcare team ever since.
Bethany has extensive experience in representing a wide range of insurers and indemnity providers across the healthcare sector. She specialises in high value complex medical and dental negligence claims and has a particular expertise in medical product liability.
Bethany also deals with a number of claims arising from aesthetic procedures.
Bethany is experienced in handling claims arising from the care and education sectors, both present and non-recent claims. Bethany also assists the team's regulatory practice, acting on behalf of professionals before the GDC, MPTS and the GTCS.
Bethany is a regular contributor to Clyde & Co Insights and her articles have been previously been published.
