Daniela D’Agostino is a Legal Director in our London office who specialises in property damage and product liability claims. This includes subrogated recoveries and policy coverage disputes.
Daniela’s experience includes handling complex disputes arising out of a range of perils such as fire, escape of water, design or construction failures and plumbing defects in particular.
Daniela specialises in advising on an array of policy coverage issues. Her specialism includes policy interpretation, breach of terms and conditions and issues concerning the Insurance Act 2015. This is particularly in respect of first-party property damage, Public Liability Insurance (PLI) policies and Contractor’s All Risk (CAR) policies.
