Franco's experience encompasses court litigation in England and Wales and in foreign jurisdictions as well as in international arbitration. 

His insurance practice sees him acting regularly for insurers in the London market and across various international insurance markets. His primary business-line focus includes energy (upstream, downstream and renewables) and most marine classes (predominantly hull and war). Franco also has considerable reinsurance and professional negligence disputes experience, encompassing both coverage and liability work.

Franco's commercial dispute resolution experience includes successfully handling power, EPC, shipping and agency agreement disputes as well as general commercial contract disputes.
