She has experience in both dispute resolution and project procurement in a range of sectors, with a particular expertise in the energy, power and infrastructure sector.

She has experience in both dispute resolution and project procurement in a range of sectors, with a particular expertise in the energy, power and infrastructure sector.
Jennifer acts on a wide range of construction projects, advising on both procurement and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Clyde & Co in July 2021, Jennifer acted as in-house counsel for an energy company, advising on the construction of two new nuclear projects in the UK. Jennifer also has previous experience working in the Construction team at a major UK law firm, advising on a range of projects.
Jennifer has particular experience in the nuclear, renewable energy, defence and transport sectors, in addition to more traditional commercial developments. On the procurement side, Jennifer has experience negotiating with a range of international parties. She also has experience advising on contract management, construction adjudications and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Experience
Advised the developer of a £20bn new nuclear project, on multiple supply chain procurements (in particular NEC3 and FIDIC contracts), and on a wide range of contract management and dispute resolution matters.
Acted on multiple adjudications for a Tier 1 contractor on a major highways project.
Advised a contractor on numerous EPC and O&M procurements in the solar and battery storage industry.
Acted on a series of adjudications and subsequent settlement, for a water utility company, in dispute with its main contractor.
Acted for a public authority on the procurement of a strategic professional appointment and wide-scale facilities management procurement.
Advised a developer on the impacts and mitigations in relation to the UK’s departure from the European Union.
