Brandon Franklin's practice focuses on aviation, product liability and general commercial litigation. He also has experience advising insurers on data breach and privacy matters.
In addition to his professional activities, Brandon is an active private pilot with over 150 hours of flight time and a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).
While in law school, Brandon served as an editor for both the Science and Technology Law Journal and the West-Northwest Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. He was a brief editor on a Hastings Moot Court team that competed in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Brandon also served as an extern for the Sierra Club’s Environmental Law Program.
Brandon pursued a career in music prior to entering the legal profession. Between 2007 and 2009, he was principal trombone of the Young Musicians Foundation Debut Orchestra in Los Angeles.
