Elizabeth (Liz) Ferguson focuses her practice on first and third-party complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation. She advises clients on litigating commercial general liability, excess coverage, and reinsurance disputes. Liz manages complex civil litigation cases involving class action, employment, and construction defect matters in both federal and state courts. She represents insurers in all aspects of the coverage process, from initial coverage determinations to appellate briefing.
Liz clerked for the Honorable Karen M. Cassidy, A.J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County. Prior to joining the legal industry, she was a copy editor and reporter for The New York Post.
