Andrew Gilmour is an insurance partner specialising in casualty claims with a specialism in occupational disease.
He is instructed by insurers, self-insured businesses, public bodies and adjusters. He deals with all aspects of employers’ liability and public liability claims.
Andrew regularly acts in litigation before the Court of Session (CS) and the Sheriff Court (SC) relating to high-value disease and environmental claims.
He has been ranked in Chambers 2023 as “one of the best in Scotland” in occupational disease claims and is “good on tactics”.
Aside from casework, Andrew speaks at conferences on all aspects of Scottish claims and litigation and delivers training to clients across industries.
