Trained in civil, Common and international law, her curiosity and passion for international experiences brought her to study and work in Turkey, France, Israel, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and the United States.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co. in 2016, Ayse has completed internships at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration and the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs and worked as a research lawyer at the Federal Court of Appeal, the Quebec Court of Appeal and at the Université de Montréal. Bringing this broad and varied experience to her current role, Ayse is known for her ability to grasp complex matters quickly and her sound legal reasoning.
Highly involved in Montreal’s visual arts community, Ayse is an active member of the Montreal ArtAward Committee, a Clyde & Co. initiative which was established to promote and assist emerging artists at the beginning of their careers.
Ayse is fluent in English, French and Turkish.
Outside of work, she can be found playing competitive doubles tennis or in the print studio working on her latest art project.
