Diana Hardesty is a Legal Director on our London office’s regulatory team.
Diana Hardesty joined us in 2011 and is a partner in our London office where she works on our regulatory team.
Throughout her career, Diana has advised some of the country’s top insurers and various companies and individuals who were under investigation by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Environmental Health Officers (EHO). She provides excellent crisis support to clients who have been involved in serious and fatal accidents. This includes the provision of statements, interviews under caution, written representations and preparation for a trial, sentence or inquest.
Diana also advises drivers facing road traffic offence charges. This can include cases in which a death has been caused by dangerous, careless driving and gross negligence manslaughter. Her talents also include regular representation of drivers at the police station. She also advocates for companies that may be investigated by the police after a fatal road accident.
In addition to her regulatory work, Diana also has a civil abuse practice. She works with a wide array of public sector, faith-based, and school organisations to respond to allegations of sexual abuse.
