She acts for a wide range of professionals, including solicitors, barristers, surveyors and valuers, and financial services professionals, and their insurers. She is also experienced in advising insurers in respect of policy coverage.
Representing a barrister in a claim alleging the significant under-settlement of an underlying claim for personal injuries suffered by a child due to their solicitors, barrister and medical expert failing to account for the risk of psychological injury manifesting in the future, giving rise to complex care needs
Defending a claim brought against solicitors to recover damages in excess of £2.5m resulting from the alleged diminution in value in a residential property caused by the negligent drafting of a tenancy agreement
