Teri has been with Clyde & Co since 2016.  Teri has broad experience of working in commercial property including mixed use commercial schemes and shopping centres, as well as dealing with a full range of landlord and tenant matters.  Her experience includes acting for investors and developers on a range of commercial property matters, covering site assembly, acquisitions and disposals, agreeing overage agreements and managing investment property portfolios for numerous Landlord clients.

Experience

• Acting for and advising a Hong Kong investor in relation to their site assembly and vacant possession strategy in connection with redevelopment to build a mixed use office and commercial development in London’s West End.
• Acting for an investor client in relation to site assembly, pre-occupation lettings and management of an office building in Central London and subsequent sale of the asset.
• Acting for a property investment client in relation to its portfolio of properties including acquisitions and disposals, financing of properties within its portfolio and general management work (including all aspects of landlord and tenant work).
• Acting for an investor client in the acquisition of and subsequent management of a shopping centre in Huntingdon. 
• Acting for an investor client in the management of its shopping centre in Coalville. 
• Negotiating leases, agreements for lease (conditional and unconditional) for a variety of clients across a range of real estate sectors including office, retail and mixed-use schemes.
