Fasil Hussain

Full Profile

After starting his career in England, Fasil moved to Saudi Arabia in 2021 and is currently based in our Riyadh office. He has over six years’ experience of advising on complex cross-border corporate transactions. 

Fasil’s experience predominantly concerns advising private companies in relation to a wide range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, venture capital, management buyouts, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate governance. He advises clients of all business sizes from start-ups to multinational corporations providing them with a comprehensive full legal service.

Fasil has been recognised as a rising star in the Legal 500 listings for Corporate and Commercial law for two consecutive years.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Fasil was a Corporate Associate at a global law firm.  He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and is fluent in English and Urdu.
