Laëtitia is a senior associate in the Paris office of Clyde & Co. She advises insurers and intermediaries on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues on all insurance aspect in France and in Europe.
Laëtitia has a specific expertise in structuring insurance product as well as setting up insurance distribution schemes and regularly advises foreign companies wishing to start their activity or launch new products in France.
In addition to Laëtitia’s insurance regulatory and advisory practice, she also handles litigation matters and has in-house counsel experience having spent eight months on a secondment with the claim’s management department of a leading international Paris-based insurance group.
Laëtitia was admitted to the Paris Bar in October 2012. She obtained an undergraduate degree in Commercial Law from the University Paris II - Panthéon-Assas. She also holds a Master’s degree in Insurance Law and Civil Liability from the University Paris XII - Créteil.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co in 2018, Laëtitia spent five years working as a litigator in the Dispute Resolution team of a major French law firm based in Paris.
Laëtitia is co-leader of the Liability and Insurance Comittee of the Paris Bar association (Commission ouverte responsabilité civile et assurance), which aim to offer all lawyers the possibility of training. She is also a member of AIDA (International Association of Insurance Law‘s), AJAR (Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers) and Elles & Droit.
