Ryan Hersh represents manufacturers and distributors in products liability and general commercial litigation.
Ryan is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, and post-trial briefing. He has litigated high-stakes intellectual property disputes on behalf of life sciences companies.
Ryan's background includes consulting for an international public health organization, externing with a large insurance firm, and interning for the US Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut.
