Emma Johnston is an Associate in the Insurance Financial Professional Disputes team in the firm’s Manchester office. Emma joined BLM in December 2017, prior to their subsequent merger with Clyde & Co in July 2022.
She deals with a wide spectrum of insurance-based claims involving a range of professionals.
Prior to joining the team, Emma has also had significant experience within a variety of other legal fields including personal injury defence in the fields of both travel and employer/public liability claims.
Emma currently manages a variety of insurance notifications and claims, which include defending allegations made against solicitors. Emma has also carried out work on matters involving the defence of professionals including accountants and construction professionals.
