Paul has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the energy, healthcare, retail and consumer sectors.
Paul is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales. He graduated with a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from Queen’s University Belfast, Ireland in 2016, and a Bachelor of Psychology from Ulster University, Ireland in 2013.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Paul worked at PwC Legal Middle East.
