Anna advises and represents airlines, operators and their insurers in a vast array of litigation, including multi-jurisdiction major catastrophe losses, passenger claims, cargo claims, and EU 261.
Anna is trained in both civil and common law and is admitted to practice law in Paris and New York. She holds a Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law as well as Master's Degree in French & Anglo-American Business Law from the University Paris Nanterre.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Anna practiced as an attorney in Washington D.C. and Virginia (United States of America).
Anna advises clients in French and English and speaks Ukrainian and Russian.
