Katherine Lees is a Legal Director in our Manchester office. With more than 12 years of personal injury experience, she works as part of our occupational disease team.
Katherine carries out a wide range of both short and long-tail disease claims, including asbestos, occupational cancers, asthma and dermatitis. She also has experience handling claims involving allegations of stress, bullying and harassment.
Much of her experience involves dealing with high-value cases with multiple claimants. More specifically, claims related to legionella, carbon monoxide poisoning, housing disrepair, and water contamination in both an employers’ and public liability setting.
She has also advised private, public, and third sector clients during her career. Among these clients were local, national, and international companies, social housing providers, hospitals and the National Trust.
