Kirsty Lang is an Associate in the firm's Insurance, Professional and Financial Disputes (IFPD) team and is based in our Glasgow & Edinburgh offices.  

She joined Clyde & Co in May 2023 and has worked exclusively in the dispute resolution arena for over 8 years. 

Kirsty specialises in professional indemnity disputes and has successfully acted for clients in numerous mediations, adjudications and litigations.

She has considerable experience in professional negligence disputes and represents a wide variety of different professional including solicitors, engineers and architects.

Kirsty has a pragmatic and strategic approach to dispute resolution and offers clients a bespoke service that is tailored to suit their individual needs.

She is a registered Notary Public and a member of the Consumer Law Committee for the Law Society of Scotland.

Experience

• Successfully represented clients in courts and tribunals throughout the length and breadth of Scotland.
• Currently dealing with a number of pre-action and litigated professional indemnity claims against various types of professionals.
• Part of the team advising a large commercial client on the Scottish Hospitals Inquiry.
