Matthew Lowry is a senior associate in our housing and property litigation team. He acts for registered social housing providers, local authorities, major insurers and brokers.
Matthew deals with litigated and pre-litigated claims of property damage, disrepair, cavity wall insulation, private nuisance, contractual disputes and subrogated recoveries. He also advises significant insurers on policy indemnity.
