Brian F Mambosho joined Clyde and Co Tanzania in 2016 from FK Law Chambers, a law firm based in Dar es Salaam where he undertook his practical training for more than two years. Before joining FK Law Chambers Brian has been training in several other law firms in and out of Tanzania. Brian has also trained with Honorable Justices of the High Court of Karnataka in Bangalore, India.
At his previous firm, Brian engaged on various aspects of legal practice such as intellectual property, taxation, banking and finance law and mostly concentrated on different sector litigation such as corporate/commercial litigation, real estate litigation, banking litigation e.t.c.
Being a member of Tanganyika Law Society and as a qualified attorney, Brian is now involved in advising clients on immigration matters and representing major clients in various contentious matters ranging from aviation, oil and gas, banking, telecommunications and international trade.

Successfully represented major tea growers (Lupembe Tea Estate) in a banking claim against FBME Bank.
