Chiedza Museredza focuses her practice on commercial litigation, cybersecurity and privacy law. She also advises on various insurance issues.
Chiedza joined Clyde & Co’s commercial litigation group in Toronto in 2021, having previously launched her practice at a large national firm where, as a labour and employment lawyer, she developed expertise in the implementation of workplace policies.
At Clyde & Co, Chiedza offers legal advice to clients on data security, privacy compliance programs, social media policies, data breaches and complaints made to privacy regulators. She provides expert counsel on regulatory compliance with provincial and federal statutory law.
Chiedza completed an LL.B from the University of Cape Town and an LL.M in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. She sits on the fundraising committee of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers. She is also a member of the Canadian Technology Association.
