Daniel joined Clyde & Co as an Associate in mid-2023, specialising in advising large corporations on establishing data protection compliance and handling data subject requests and damages claims under the General Data Protection Regulation. 

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Daniel gained valuable experience in data protection law during his legal traineeship at both a mid-sized domestic law firm and an international law firm.

• Drafting legal documents for complex multinational data protection projects, including Inter-Group Data Transfer Agreements.
• Advising large corporations on establishing data protection-compliant frameworks, including the development and implementation of robust Data Protection Management Systems. 
• Handling and efficiently resolving data subject requests and damages claims under the General Data Protection Regulation.
• Developing legal tech solutions to automate and optimize repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency and precision in legal workflows.
