Eric specialises in cross-border commercial dispute resolution. He has over 10 years of experience representing Chinese and international clients in complex disputes arising from international trade, transportation, insurance and reinsurance (including marine, property, commercial and product liability), intellectual property infringement, cyber fraud and general corporate matters.

Eric regularly handles domestic and international arbitrations under various institutional and ad-hoc arbitration rules (including LCIA, LMAA, SIAC, CIETAC, and SHIAC) as well as litigation proceedings before PRC courts. His work also covers mediation, recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards as well as overseas recovery in relation to multi-jurisdictional and high-value claims. He is well placed in coordinating among multiple stakeholders and exploring every practical avenue to achieve swift and efficient resolutions for his clients.

Eric via Westlink Partnership, is qualified to practise in China. Being fluent in English and Chinese enables him to effectively support multinational and Chinese clients in complex cross-border disputes.

Eric is a graduate of East China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained his LLM degree from the University of Southampton.
