  • Advising ADMO Lifestyle Holding Limited (ADMO) on their JV with Addmind, launching a new global lifestyle vertical Alpha-Mind. Alpha Mind is a UAE-based JV company that owns and manages a global portfolio of experiential lifestyle, food and beverage (F&B), and entertainment brands, created and developed by Addmind. Its portfolio currently comprises seven iconic names – CLAP, Bar Du Port, ONGAKU, Babylon, Sucre, Alma Bar, and Iris (including the Iris Beach House hotel brand). ADMO was established in 2022 as a JV between Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC (ADX: ALPHADHABI) and Monterock International Limited.
  • Advising Drive System Design, an award-winning and globally trusted engineering consultancy known for developing innovative solutions for electrified propulsion systems, on its sale to Hinduja Tech.
  • Advising New Era Music Company, a global record label and media company, on its completed acquisition of Defected Records Ltd and all of its group companies, through a new group holding company, Optimum Defected Holdings Limited.
  • Advising a Saudi family office on the restructuring of their corporate and trust structure over multiple jurisdictions including the UK, Switzerland, US, France, BVI and Jersey (consisting of over USD 2 billion of assets).
  • Advising a local family business in relation to their significant shareholding (GBP 300 million valuation) in a FTSE 250 company, including advice relating to the Takeover Code, Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Corporate Governance Code, insider dealing and the Market Abuse Regulation.

  • Advising finnCap as Nominated Adviser and Broker to AIM-quoted Parsley Box Group plc on a GBP 6 million placing and open offer.
  • Advising SkinBioTherapeutics plc (AIM: SBTX) on a GBP 4 million conditional placing and an associated open offer to raise up to GBP 500,000.
  • Advising a biotech company on its initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange, which valued the company at GBP 48 million. The standard listing on London’s main market involved a GBP 16.5 million placing.
  • Advising a client in relation to the establishment of a new GBP 40 million venture capital fund.
