Kimberley is a Senior Associate in the Financial Institutions and D&O team in the London office, with experience in litigation, coverage, professional liability, warranty and indemnity, investigations and claims against financial institutions and directors and officers. She advises a range of global insurers and their insureds across the financial lines sector on varied coverage issues and disputes. Kimberley is experienced in complex claims that are often multi-jurisdictional with an international dimension and in the context of regulatory, civil and/or criminal investigations and proceedings.
Kimberley has experience in offshore jurisdictions, having also represented and advised clients in respect of litigation in Europe and Australia. Additionally, Kimberley has represented clients playing an active role in offshore litigated claims involving trust disputes, fraud, professional indemnity, public liability and statutory insurance.
She qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2014.

Advising warranty and indemnity insurers on coverage in connection with accounting warranties allegedly causing loss in excess of £100m.
Advising D&O insurers on FCA, PRA, SEC, DOJ investigations.
Advising insurers in respect of multinational online retailer in respect of civil claims and regulatory investigations.
Representing insurers in local and international arbitration proceedings involving multi-party, complex financial issues.
Advising financial institution and D&O insurers in respect of multiple corruption investigations and shareholder derivative claims against a large global telecommunications company initiated in several international jurisdictions.
Acting for insurers in respect of D&Os of a major banking institution in regulatory investigations, including appeal proceedings.
Defence
Acting for and advising insurers and insureds on complex cases of significant quantum arising from product liability, public liability and personal injury.
Representing an international insurer and insured security company in respect of sensitive immigration detention issues and substantial Government breach of contract claims.
