Natasha Mills is an Associate in the Employment Team in our Manchester office, having joined Clyde & Co in September 2022.
Natasha has defended both public and private sector organisations in Employment Tribunals, in response to claims ranging from unfair and wrongful dismissal to discrimination and whistleblowing. Natasha has also defended employment related claims in the High Court.
With regards to non-contentious work, Natasha advises regional and national clients in response to a variety of complex queries and supports clients in implementing disciplinary and grievance procedures. Natasha also assists client in preparing policies and procedures, employment contracts and settlement agreements.
Additionally, Natasha has experience delivering employment law training on a variety of topics and in conducting internal investigations on behalf of organisations.
Outside of her work in the Employment Team, Natasha acts as a member of the Employment Lawyers Association Pastoral Committee and Clyde & Co's Charity Committee. Natasha is a champion of social mobility and engages in various initiatives to increase diversity in the legal profession.
