With experience working in London, Tokyo and Australia, Victoria brings to the table extensive experience in international and cross-border disputes throughout Australia, Asia, England, Europe, West Africa and the CIS region.
Victoria represents clients on complex and high-value disputes. Victoria’s practice spans a range of industries, including projects and construction, oil and gas, mining and natural resources, energy, financial services, telecoms, automotive and aviation.
Over the years, Victoria has handled proceedings under the major international arbitral rules, including the LCIA, ICC, SIAC and other sets of arbitral rules.
Victoria also brings with her substantial litigation experience in the English and Australian courts. She has also acted for clients in national court proceedings at all stages of the arbitration process (including jurisdictional challenges, injunctions and enforcement) across various jurisdictions, including England, British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.

- Acting on an ICC international arbitration seated in Singapore arising out of a major LNG project
- Acting for receivers of a Cayman fund in a Hong Kong arbitration and in relation to other matters in connection with the receivership.
- Acting for a West African Central Bank in high value LCIA arbitration against a West African communications company in relation to a technology project.
- Acting for an international energy company in an ICC arbitration against a Central Asian state.
- Acting for a West African company in an LCIA arbitration arising from a telecommunications joint venture in West Africa.
- Advising a leading engine manufacturer with respect to claims against Saudi Arabian state entity.
- Advising a global automotive manufacturer with respect to a distribution agreement with a Japanese company.
- Representing a client defending proceedings in the High Court of Justice in England for conspiracy and breaches of the insolvency act.
- Representing a Middle Eastern company in JCAA arbitration proceedings regarding the non-renewal of a long-term distribution agreement by a Japanese company.
- Acting for a Japanese energy company in an ICC arbitration regarding an oil and gas asset in Africa.
- Representing a consortium of investors in a high value LCIA arbitration, with satellite litigation in the BVI, in respect of a shareholder dispute over control of a natural resources project in Central Asia.
