Emma has a broad insurance and commercial litigation practice. She has represented clients in a variety of matters including cyber liability, professional negligence, personal injury, property damage, product and occupiers' liability and civil sexual assault.
Her experience includes advocacy at all stages of civil litigation, including alternative dispute resolution. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Emma was called to the bar in 2016 after obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University in Ottawa. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Emma articled and practiced at a large national firm. She is a member of the Advocate's Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
