Janna Nuzum has dedicated her legal career to the defense of corporate clients in courtrooms across the nation. A tenacious trial attorney, she has extensive experience in defending products liability, toxic tort, and class and mass tort cases. She has represented clients in the asbestos, benzene, talc, tobacco, coal, chemical, pharmaceutical, heavy machinery, medical device, and hospitality industries.
She is experienced in “bet the company” litigation, serving for over seven years on the national trial team for a well-known tobacco products manufacturer. Janna has served as national counsel, as well as regional and local counsel, on a wide variety of matters in New York, Florida, North Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Delaware, Illinois, Louisiana, South Carolina, and California.
Janna understands that every client has a different objective in litigation.
