Tamara O’Neil is an associate attorney representing insurance coverage litigation matters. She has analyzed and advised on potential claims involving “occurrence” and potential exposure to the world’s leading insurers and has experience in all aspects of litigation from pleadings through trial preparation.
Tamara received her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Rutgers University, as well as her law degree. While pursuing her law degree, she was Articles Editor for The Women’s Rights Law Reporter. At Rutgers, she was a finalist in numerous appellate and trial advocacy competitions, such as the Nathan Baker Trial Competition. During law school, Tamara served as judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur Batista of the Superior Court of New Jersey and Justice Barry Albin of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Following law school, Tamara served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Greta Gooden-Brown of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, giving her experience in all three levels of the New Jersey Court system.
