Adam Pryor is a senior associate in Clyde & Co’s Dispute Resolution Group in the Middle East, the leading dispute resolution team in the UAE (and ranked Band 1 by Legal 500).
Adam’s day-to-day legal expertise is in resolving disputes, particularly involving professional services firms and insurance companies. He has a particular focus on professionals in the construction and engineering sectors, regularly advising engineering and other consultants and their indemnity insurers on risk management, and defending them against claims.
Adam also specialises in advising insurance companies on a wide range of first and third-party commercial insurance policy disputes and litigation, particularly in the construction and energy context. These include professional indemnity, contractors’ all risks, third party liability, inherent defects covers, and commercial general liability.
Adam’s experience includes high value matters across the GCC nations, particularly the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Adam transferred to our Dubai office from Clyde & Co’s London office in 2017, and has a broad experience in the DIFC, ADGM and onshore Courts, as well as international arbitration, and mediation.
