Nicholas (Nick) Pradaxay concentrates his practice on insurance coverage litigation.
Nick recently served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Hany A. Mawla, J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. He previously was a judicial extern for the Honorable George S. Leone, J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division and Magistrate Judge Tonianne Bongiovanni, US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
During law school, Nick was a legal writing fellow and teaching assistant to Professor Ruth Anne Robins, as well as a research assistant for Professor Barbara Gotthelf. He interned with the Rutgers Law Civil Practice Clinic and served as student director for the Rutger's Domestic Violence Project. Nick has also held leadership positions with Rutgers University Law Review, the Hunter Moot Court Program, the Intramural Mock Trial team, and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA).
