Tiffany is an Associate in the APAC Aviation Team working from our Hong Kong office.

Tiffany’s primary focus of work includes advising on a wide range of matters in the aviation industry, such as regulatory, incident response, liability claims and uninsured disputes, commercial and finance matters.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Tiffany received training from a prominent litigation firm in Hong Kong. She also gained experience in asset financing and leasing by working in another large international firm in Hong Kong.

Tiffany is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Experience

• Assisted in the licensing of a new passenger and cargo airline 
• Assisted in the defence of proceedings concerning corrosion of a corporate jet 
• Assisted an MRO in respect of claims by airlines 
• Assisted in defending airlines from passenger and cargo claims
• Assisted a Hong Kong based flag carrier to acquire a fleet of 32 narrow body aircraft
• Assisted in the leasing of aircraft to a newly established Sino-Cambodian joint venture which operated airlines based in Cambodia
• Assisted a US financial leasing institution in the financing of a corporate jet
• Assisted a PRC lessor in the financing of aircraft
• Assisted a PRC bank (HK branch) in various general banking facilities
• Assisted in a number of bank secured term loan facilities for the financing of vessels
