Edgard Salinas focuses on defending automobile manufacturers in consumer warranty litigation in state and federal court. Edgard’s practice includes litigation involving the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and the Uniform Commercial Code. Edgard handles all aspects of litigation, including initial evaluation and strategy, law and motion, discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and has prepared several cases for trial.
