Sadie is recognised as having particular expertise in defending public liability claims involving assault, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, misfeasance in public office, breach of confidence and Human Rights Act claims. She also undertakes high value and complex employers' liability claims.

Sadie has acted in a number of high profile cases including Article 2 Inquests and is currently part of the team advising Operation Resolve, the new criminal investigation into the Hillsborough disaster
