Juliana Toes advises insurers and reinsurers in litigation and arbitration matters. She handles coverage and litigation matters involving a range of industries, including commercial general liability, reinsurance, excess liability and fine art. Juliana has expanded her practice to include a range of regulatory and transactional matters within the insurance industry, as well as representing domestic and international insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage disputes.

During law school, Juliana competed in multiple national moot court competitions. She received top honors in the Roy Reardon Moot Court Competition and was a finalist in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Juliana’s legal experience includes her work as a Law Clerk, her internships with the Office of the Worcester County District Attorney and the Office of the Nassau County District Attorney.
