Full Profile

Natasha is an associate with extensive experience in professional negligence claims, construction litigation, commercial disputes, civil litigation, coverage, and insurance matters. She has represented clients in arbitration, as well as in all levels of Court in Alberta and before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench.

Prior to Clyde & Co, Natasha worked as claims counsel with Alberta Lawyers Indemnification Association (ALIA), the professional liability indemnifier of Albertan lawyers in private practice, where she assisted them in navigating the negligence claim process. Before her time with ALIA, she worked for an international firm where she focused on professional liability (engineers and investment advisors), construction and contract disputes.

Actively involved in the legal community, she volunteers as a member of the Voice of the Profession and Editorial Committees at the Canadian Bar Association (Alberta chapter). Moreover, she mentors junior lawyers through the Law Society of Alberta’s Mentorship Express program. Outside of the office, Natasha enjoys travelling, hiking, spending time with her three dogs, trying out new artistic pursuits and gardening. In fact, she serves as a volunteer board director at the Calgary Horticultural Society.
