Viviane joined Clyde & Co as a law student in 2019, then again as an articling student in 2022. She integrated the firm in January 2023 as an associate, after having passed the Bar.
During her university career, Viviane had the chance to participate in several provincial and pan-Canadian moot court competitions. For example, she took part in the Laskin competition in 2019, finishing among the 15 best litigators in the country and winning an award for having claimed fourth place in the best dissertations ranking. In addition, she won the trophy for best litigator at the P.A.-Landry moot court competition in 2018.
Described as an open-minded, rigorous and curious person, Viviane will do everything in her power to carry out her file work, all the while collaborating with her colleagues, in her clients’ best interests.
In 2023, she acted as a volunteer in the context of 27th edition of the Young Bar of Montreal’s dinner held at the Maison du Père. Moreover, she does volunteer work for Rainbow Railroad, an association that helps people from the LGBTQI+ community escape violence and prosecution in their country of origin.
Outside of work, Viviane enjoys road cycling, taking long walks with her dog and planning her next trips abroad.
