Julia joined the London office in 2009. Julia has a Russian law degree from the Moscow State University (2008), and a graduate diploma in law (GDL) from BPP Law School in London. Julia trained at Clyde & Co London and was admitted to practice law in England and Wales in January 2015. Julia's focus is on cross-border M&A and joint venture projects in a range of sectors including natural resources and energy, upstream oil & gas and technology in Europe, CIS and MENA regions. Other projects she is involved in include corporate finance and restructuring.

advised an Austrian oil & gas company on the sale of 2 concessions in Tunisia (one structured as a share + asset sale and the second as a share sale) for a total of USD115 million
