Romain Verté

Full Profile

Romain advises and represents French and foreign airline companies, their insurers and other operators in the aviation industry. He acts in complex national and transborder disputes, including major aircraft accidents, claims related to air transportation of passengers and freight, and leisure aviation. 

He holds a master’s degree in international business law from Paris-Pathéon Assas University and a master’s degree in space and telecommunications law from Paris-Saclay University. 

Prior to joining Clyde & Co in January 2022, Romain gained experience in another international law firm in Paris. He acted on matters relating to insurance, notably in the aviation industry. 

Romain advises clients in French and in English.
