Aubree Winkler represents businesses facing mass tort litigation. She focuses her practice on complex insurance and reinsurance claims involving asbestos exposure, and product liability.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Aubree completed a judicial clerkship in the Jackson County Circuit Court, Missouri, for the Honorable Sandra Midkiff, where she drafted orders and judgments in civil cases, and managed the court's dockets.
Aubree previously served as a law clerk in the Morris County Superior Court, New Jersey, for the Honorable Maryann Nergaard. During her clerkship, she provided research and analysis in areas of civil law and mediated small claims and landlord/tenant cases.
Aubree completed a judicial internship in the Kings County Family Court, New York, for the Honorable Maria Arias, where she conducted research and drafted legal memoranda on family law issues.
During law school, Aubree was a research assistant for Professor Caitlin Borgmann, where she completed a comprehensive review of case law analyzing the undue burden standard.
