Dominika Wlodarska

Dominika is an Associate in the global Projects & Construction Group with experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters including drafting and negotiating collateral warranties, appointments and building contracts.   

She has previously spent time on secondment to Clyde & Co’s Dubai office where she also advised on a range of contentious construction matters including acting in international arbitration proceedings in respect of dispute arising on construction project in Dubai.

Dominika also advises project consortia in relation to drafting and negotiating various project documents including ancillary documents for UK healthcare and infrastructure projects. 

Experience

• PFI Projects - Acting for a Project Company on operational variations to hospital projects in the UK, analysing and providing advice on deeds of variation in relation to the Project Agreements and Hard/Soft Services Contracts, as well as ancillary documentation.
• Acting for a listed house-building company on the negotiations of remedial works contracts and application of the DLUHC’s self-remediation terms.  
• Advising an international property investment firm on the re-development of a commercial space worth GBP 130m.
• Advising an international contractor on the AED 53,000,000 arbitration claim against the Employer. 
• Assisting in the refinancing of the headlease on the project worth more than £1.2 million.
• Assisting on the £1.7 million adjudication raised against the Contractor.
