Ken has extensive experience drafting, negotiating and closing large-scale TMT projects and transactions, including software licensing and development, hardware and infrastructure, cloud and data centre services, platform development and commercialisation, and commercial supply and distribution arrangements.
Ken joined the Dubai office of Clyde & Co after practising for several years in Australia and the UK at leading international law firms. Ken is Australian qualified and was admitted in New South Wales, Australia in 2011.
