Michelle received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

• Assisted in defending a major professional services firm in a multi-billion dollar claim for professional negligence
• Advising a financial intermediary on breach of data privacy involving the loss and use of client data by third party
