Philip Weissman focuses his practice on representing international clients in aviation, regulatory, product liability and insurance coverage matters. He has extensive litigation experience, having participated in successful arguments on behalf of clients in state and federal court at the trial and appellate levels. Philip advises his clients on issues pertaining to aviation law, including air carrier liability to passengers.
Philip’s experience includes arguing cases addressing the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions, and work on a United States Supreme Court amicus brief addressing the interpretation of the Aviation and Transportation Security Act’s immunity provision.
