Philip Weissman is Senior Counsel and focuses his practice on aviation law. He litigates aviation cases on behalf of domestic and foreign air carriers and advises on aviation regulatory, enforcement and contract matters. Philip’s litigation experience includes representing large foreign air carriers in Montreal and Warsaw Convention liability actions at the trial and appellate levels. His regulatory experience includes advising on consumer protection, passenger safety, and airport regulations.
