Timothy Witczak represents insurers in complex commercial litigation matters, including coverage disputes involving commercial general liability and professional liability policies, as well as defending against bad faith claims. His practice involves claims arising from product defects, construction defects, environmental and other insurance disputes. Timothy has a broad range of experience defending design professionals against claims of negligence, including claims resulting in property damage, personal injury, loss of use and other resultant damages.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Timothy handled complex professional liability claims and commercial litigation matters. He worked on cases that involved defending tort and contract claims against architects, engineers and attorneys, along with energy and land use practices for a multinational energy company.
