Mun has been nominated a leading insurance and reinsurance practitioners in Hong Kong by Women in Business Law Expert Guide 2020. She is a member of the Firm's Global Management Board.

Mun acts for clients in defending a range of regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings conducted by Hong Kong regulators such as the Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She has extensive experience in bribery and fraud investigations and has recently represented clients in audits by the World Bank in relation to allegations of accounting irregularities and corruption. She also acts as defence counsel in court proceedings against directors for breach of duty as well as against professionals for negligence and against financial institutions for misselling. Mun also has strong experience in cross border recovery and tracing remedies in the context of corporate insolvencies and fraud.

Mun has successfully represented clients in the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal in a dispute over a joint venture contract for advertising in China. Her experience in commercial litigation and court/arbitration work is diverse and extensive, having been involved in contract disputes, shareholder claims, professional liability and white collar fraud.

Mun works extensively with insurers in Asia on coverage investigations and localisation of policy wording. She focuses on D&O, financial lines, professional indemnity and bankers’ blanket bond. She is appointed by many insurers to act in cyber breach response and involved in some of the most high profile cyber incidents globally. Mun's recent matters include advising insurers on COVID-19 related claims and coverage issues.
