Responsibility Matters is the firm’s global corporate responsibility programme.
Responsibility Matters supports both our internal and external communities through the provision of practical help and fundraising, educating staff about diverse issues and enabling interaction with local communities.
A Global Corporate Responsiblity and Inclusion Committee supports the Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion Team to develop the programme internationally, and Regional Community Councils coordinate local office projects across the firm's network of offices.

- Inspiring Young Lives by supporting education, employment and nurturing future talent,
- Charity Partnerships, fundraising and volunteering for a range of charities accross the globe, and
- Art Awards, encouraging emering talent in the visual arts.
50 Pro Bono Hours
Clyde & Co has a policy that up to 50 hours of firm-approved pro bono activities will be credited towards fee earners' billable targets. These hours will be treated as chargeable work in this context. This allowance applies to all fee earners globally.
