Abdulrahman has over 7 years' experience working on a wide range of matters, including corporate structuring, M&A, joint ventures, licensing, issues concerning the regulatory regimes within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; in addition to matters relating to corporate disputes. His litigation experience includes advising and defending clients on a wide range of complex disputes, including shareholder disputes, employment disputes, commercial disputes, representing clients before the Board of Grievances courts, Commercial Courts, Criminal Courts, Labour Committees/Courts and the General Court.

Abdulrahman also advises on internal governance, assisting Joint Stock companies (and Limited Liability companies from time to time) to maintain their practice, attending extraordinary and ordinary shareholders meetings, as well as board meetings, and ensuring compliance with the applicable laws.

He also has experience with regards to the Competition Authority, and implementation of its regulations in the Kingdom, including the necessary consents issued by the Competition Authority pertaining to completion of global mergers and acquisitions.
